 　　职位描述及具体要求：

　　Location: Yulin Shaanxi (陕西榆林)

　　Report to: Head of Maize Production Team

　　Responsibilities:

　　1.In charge of maize seed production (fertilizing, irrigating, harvest and field management etc) to provide F1 seeds for breeding research, or to product basic inbred seeds/hibred seeds.

　　2. Manage, guide and surpervise cooperate farmers to produce good quality maize seeds according to the company's requirement.

　　3. Guide and train the other technicians in the maize seed production team.

　　4. Help with find isolations, farms and the cooperation with farmers.

　　5. Work in Hainan during winter season.

　　工作职责：

　　1.负责公司玉米种子生产，包括支持玉米育种研发部门生产研发用F1代种子生产，亲本种子生产，杂交、侧交种子的生产。

　　2.指导、监督、管理合作农户按公司的质量要求生产玉米种子；

　　3. 指导、培训玉米种子生产部门其他玉米种子生产技术员；

　　4. 协助公司寻找合适的隔离区，与农户的合作签约等；

　　5.冬季海南南繁等。

　　Requirements:

　　1. Master’s degree or Bachelor's degree with maize prodution experience, majored in agriculture, plant protection, agronomy etc;

　　2. Experiences in maize field plant and production or Maize breeding.

　　3. Have leadership, management and organizational skills.

　　4. Good communication skills both in written and oral Chinese and English.

　　5. Literate at computer Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, etc.

　　6. Honest, reliable, a hard field worker.

　　7. Willing to travel occasionally.

　　8. Have driving license is a plus.

　　任职要求：

　　1.农学等专业本科或硕士学位。

　　2.具有至少3-5年大面积玉米种子生产经验。

　　3.良好的沟通能力，踏实、可靠的田间工作者。

　　4.适应不定期出差及冬季海南工作。

　　5.英语良好者优先，有驾照者优先。
