　　职位描述及具体要求：

　　Role Briefing:

　　工作职责简述

　　Support the cucumber breeder.

　　Be responsible for crop management, such as controlling the plant disease and insect pests.

　　Be responsible for seeds harvest, cleaning, sorting, listing and checking the warehouse seeds.

　　With the order of the breeder, operate pollination and make sure the seeds quality and quantity.

　　Lead workers in a scientific way, communicate with farm manager and breeder and so on.

　　Join in team work and department activities actively.

　　Qualifications: (Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience)

　　任职资格(教育背景,专业知识,技能,经验）

　　Bachelor degree and 1-2 year working experience in agriculture.

　　Common knowledge of breeding and genetics.

　　Common English for communication, especially writing and reading.

　　Common knowledge of agronomy.

　　Common knowledge of crop protection.

　　Good communication and cooperation skill.
